| 摘 要： | 人力资本促进经济发展,教育是人力资本形成的最基本的途径。我国目前的教育投入占GDP的比例不到4%,与世界上其他国家相比有较大差距,因此,我们必须加大对教育的投入,大力发展教育事业,提高人力资本,以推动我国经济快速发展。

| Abstract: | Human capital boosts economic growth and education is the basic means for raising the levels of human capital.The present educational investment of China accounts for less than 4% of the national GDP,much lower than that in some other countries in the world.Therefore,China needs to increase its educational and human capital investment so as to promote its educational development and accelerate economic growth. |
