| 摘 要： | 董必武是新中国在政法工作方面的主要领导人之一.他认为执政党要通过依法执政的方式,逐步实现依法治国的方略.不宜再开展大规模群众运动,应当依靠法制来治理国家,做到依法办事.要党政分开,党员干部要带头守法,人民对国家权力进行监督.

| Abstract: | Dong Biwu was one of chief leaders in the public security,procuratorial and judicial work in New China.In his opinions,a ruling party should gradually implement the overall strategy of the rule of law by exercising state power according to law.In this regard,a large-scale mass movement is not needed,but it is essential to govern the country according to the law.Party members,especially leaders,must play a leading role in obeying the law,and the people should supervise state power. |
