| 摘 要： | 通过对四川省南充市小龙镇村民的政治参与现状进行分析研究,笔者认为,要全面提高村民的政治参与水平,必须寻求和疏通"低成本"的参与途径,实现参与成本的理性"转移"或"置换";"两手抓",杜绝参与假象的存在;拓展农民参政的"权力",关注农民政治生存状态;全面提升农民的参政能力.
