| 摘 要： | 青海省特别是三江源自然保护区的生态环境与我国环境、经济和社会的可持续发展有着至关重要的关系。三江源生态环境的恶化不断地拷问着青海的地方环境立法。由于青海是一个资源大省,对资源的地方性保护立法同样不可或缺。本文通过对青海环境与资源的地方立法现状进行分析,有针对性地提出立法建议,旨在为青海省的环境与资源保护立法提供参考。

| Abstract: | Ecology environment protection of "Sanjiangyuan"nature area in Qinghai province has intensive relation to environment,economy,sustainable development of our nation,hence,there is not short of protected making law to natural resources and construction the system law of Qinghai province.The thesis analyses current situation of making law of protection environment and natural resources,put forward suggestion of making law and provide consult with Qinghai province government. |
