家庭暴力,其典型表现为夫妻关系中的男性对女性的施暴,直接受害者主要是妇女。男性施暴者或因贫困而“抗不住”,或因暴富而“耐不住”,但共同点都是道德心理素质低下;女性受害者则因文化素质低,受家庭传统观念、模式束缚更大,性别性格懦弱及较爱面子,大多不能自觉维权;家庭悲剧触目惊心。应加强对施暴者的约束,帮助受害者的自救,全面而有效地启动反家庭暴力的社会系统工程。
