| 摘 要： | 针对高校学困生产生的原因,应从提升家庭教育层次,建立和谐家庭教育环境;走入学困生的心灵,用爱感化;建立有效的学业帮扶制度,发挥学生优秀骨干作用;重塑自信,打破习得性无助的影响等方面来帮助学困生实现转化。

| Abstract: | This paper,based on the causes of difficult college students,raises methods to transform them: strengthening family education to create a harmonious environment for family education,touching them with love,developing an effective support system with excellent students as background,breaking the influence of acquired helplessness by rebuilding their self-confidence. |
