新疆蒙古文化促进会的组织结构和经费来源

成立于1935年1月5日的新疆蒙古文化促进会（简称蒙文会）,是一个群众性文化团体。蒙文总会下设执行委员会、监察委员会和基金委员会,并在三个委员会的基础上,推选出常务委员会。从总会到各地分会,其资金主要靠蒙古各部落的捐款和王公贵族的个人捐助,省政府也给予一定的补助,但是补助很少。蒙文会对新疆的民族文化教育发挥过积极作用。

Xinjiang Mongolian Cultural Prompting Association is a People＇s cultural organization. It is built on 5,Jaunary 1935. Xinjiang Mongolian Cultural Prompting Association and every branch association motivate education and improve the educational level. During anti-Japan war, it collected money and things and propagandized education, culture and art. It helped anti-Japan war and had an important historical effect about Art and Education. But nobody researches it. This article focuses on its formation, organization and its sources of money.
