| 摘 要： | 当前我国食品安全存在诸多问题,就法律层面而言,主要表现为缺少食品安全基本法,现有处罚力度不够,监管体制存在结构性缺陷,食品安全标准体系不完善等.为有效应对食品安全危机,我们需要构建以<食品安全法>为核心的食品安全法律体系,加大处罚力度,重视处罚实效,创新食品安全监管模式,并完善食品安全相关体系与制度建设.
