浅议校长问责制的动因及内涵

校长问责制是校长未履行自己的职责或者在履行自己职责的过程中滥用职权、违反法定职责和义务时,由特定主体追究其责任,令其承担某种后果的一种监督与责任追究相结合的制度。委托代理模型是建构校长问责制的理论依据。消除校长权与责不协调、优化校长负责制及深化教育行政制度改革是推行校长问责制的动因。
