基于资源基础观的战略人力资源管理

摘    要:
战略资源学派的主要观点是企业控制的独特资源仍是企业赢得持续竞争优势的关键。战略人力资源管理具有独特战略资产的特性,可以有效地帮助企业获取、开发、保留有形人力资源,更重要的是发展竞争对手难以识别、难以模仿的无形人力资源,为企业赢得持续竞争优势。正是基于资源基础观(RBV)的分析,我们认为战略人力资源管理是企业赢得持续竞争优势的关键。

Abstract:
The main viewpoint of the Strategic Resource School is that the distinctive resources that an enterprise holds is the key to an enterprise's sustaining its competitive advantages.. Strategic human resource management has the distinctive character of strategic assets and thereupon, can effectively help the enterprise to gain, develop and reserve tangible human resources,and, to crown it all, to develop the intangible human resources that the competing opponents can not easily identify and imitate so as to provide the enterprise with sustained competitive advantages. Founded on the resource-based view,strategic human resource management is the key to an enterprise's obtaining sustained competitive advantages.
