以四川为例,反思历史文化名城保护与开发中传统保护与现代化进程的矛盾,提出目前存在的问题是:历史街区难以在现代化建设中承载其重;保护意识存在误区,有缺陷的旧城被改造为整齐划一的新城;保护体制的危机,立法滞后与开发超前的矛盾;大规模的开发与保护之间的矛盾如何协调;历史文化名城保护经费严重不足。

The Contradiction Between Preservation of Tradition and Process of Modernization: a Case Study in Sichuan for Its Conservation of Historical and Cultural Cities and Their Development

The article reflects the contradiction,in the preservation and development of historical and cultural cities in Sichuan,between preservation of tradition and process of modernization.It points out the present problems to be dealt with:streets and their surroundings cannot continue their original flavor in the modern construction;as there is misunderstanding of protection,old cities with defects have been renovated to be completely new unanimous areas;the crisis of protection mechanism exists because of the contradiction between the delaying legislation and acceleration of development;there are the conflicts in large-scale development and cultural conservation;there is severe shortage of fund in the protection of historical and cultural cities.
