| 摘 要： | 与时俱进是我国高等教育发展的主旋律。伴随着我国加WTO ,我国高等教育呈现出三大发展趋向 :逐年大幅扩招 ,呈现我国高等教育事业不断向大众化乃至普及化发展的趋向 ;从政府行为逐步转到强化市场行为 ,呈现我国高等教育事业不断向市场化发展的趋向 ;从政府办学格局转变到多元化办学格局 ,呈现我国高等教育办学体制更加切合实际的多元化发展趋向。

| Abstract: | China's higher education has always kept pace with the times. With China's entry into the WTO, there appear three tendencies of China's higher Education. It has become a mass education because more people can be admitted t o universities and colleges. It has become market-oriented because of less inter ference from the government. It will cease to be state-owned only since many non -governmental organizations have the rights to run a school. |
