利用学位点建设的契机促进新学科建设和发展

学位点授权审核申报是研究生培养和教育的一项经常性工作，学位点的分布和数量多少常常被用来衡量一个学校学科建设与发展的基础和水平。本文从新学科形成和发展的角度，从管理层面探讨了学科点申报对高等学校新学科建设和发展的影响，并结合工作实践对一些具有普遍意义的作法进行了总结和讨论。

Promote Construction and Development of New Disciplines and Specialities with Opportunity of Degree-Granting Programs

The application and certification for postgraduate degree granting is routine work for postgraduate cultivation and education. The coverage and quantity of such certified subjects in an academic institution are often used as a criterion for its quality and reputation in its academic field. From the angle of formation and development of a new academic field and its role in higher education, this paper analyzed the influence of the application and Certification for postgraduate degree granting on the establishment and development of graduate programs in an academic field in a single university. Some practices with general significance based on the author＇s own experience in such a work were also presented and discussed in this paper.
