| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会是党中央在新时期提出的,对于一系列执政新理念的概括和总结.本文结合依法治国和以德治国的方略,在对两种治国方略与构建社会主义和谐社会的关系进行阐述的基础上,着重强调和分析了"德法并治"对于构建和谐社会的重大理论和现实意义.
