| 摘 要： | 经济全球化时代,企业研究与开发(R&D)活动必须采用新的活动形式和新的管理模式。跨国公司R&D活动的组织化设计采用垂直型结构和水平型结构。为了提高R&D活动的效率,应着重解决基础研究与开发研究之间和开发研究与商业之间两个联接问题。

| Abstract: | The R&D activities of the enterprise must adopt a new way of activity and new mode of management in the era of economic globalization. The design of organization of R&D activities of transnational corporations usually employs the horizontal or vertical structure. In order to raise efficiency of R&D Activity of the enterprise, it is necessary to solve the two linking question between fundamental research and development research and that between development research and business. |
