| 摘 要： | 人才培养模式是高职教育理论界普遍关注的一个热点问题，本文阐述了构建高职教育人才培养模式的逻辑起点和基本原则，又以杨凌职业技术学院为例，特别强调在构建人才培养模式时，应该走多样化创新发展的道路，只有这样才能真正发挥人才培养模式的指导作用。

| Abstract: | Talent Cultivation Model is a focus in higher vocational education. The author expatiates the logical starting point and basic principles that build the talent cultivation model in higher vocational education with the example of Yangling Vocational and Technical College. It is emphasized that building the model of talent cultivation should take the diversified innovation path, only by this can the guiding role of talent cultivation model be brought into full play. |
