| 摘 要： | 企业创新机制的完善是一项复杂长期的系统工程。企业的创新成功,需要企业在发现创新机会、利用环境支持的基础上,合理配置企业的资源,选择创新模式,实现创新绩效。创新机制各构成要素之间有着密切的联系,企业应在清楚地了解创新各个环节主要任务的基础上,结合企业的优势,制定正确的创新决策。
