摘    要:为了打破原有企业竞争力的研究范式,提出培育企业竞争力的新思路,从社会责任和社会资本相关性视角,运用规范分析、问卷调查的方法研究企业竞争力的形成路径。研究发现:首先,企业社会责任和社会资本存在着内在关联性。企业社会责任投资能转化为社会资本,社会资本的形成能促使企业更好地履行社会责任。其次,社会资本作为高级资本形态,是企业社会责任价值创造的媒介。社会资本不仅会使企业原有的物质资本、人力资本发挥倍加的效力,而且还会依靠关系网络,获得别的企业无法触及的稀缺资源。最后,如果企业能与利益相关者形成良好的互动,企业可以通过社会责任活动,提升企业竞争力。

Abstract:In order to break the original research paradigm of the enterprise competitiveness, a new idea of cultivating the enterprise competitiveness is put forward. This article will study the forming path of the enterprise competitiveness by the normative analysis, and the questionnaire survey from the relationship perspective of the social responsibility and social capital. The research result will show : firstly, the social responsibility and social capital of the enterprise has the intrinsic correlation, and the social responsibility investment can be transformed into the social capital, the formation of the social capital can be used to encourage enterprises to better fulfill their social responsibility. Secondly, the social capital as the senior form of capital, is the value creation media of the enterprise social responsibility. The social capital not only can make the original material capital, human capital play a role more effectively, but also can obtain scarce resources beyond the reach of other businesses relying on the network. Finally, the enterprise can enhance the enterprises competitiveness through the social responsibility activities which can form good interaction with stakeholders.
