| 摘 要： | 为推进新阶段高校统战工作的研究与创新,阐述新世纪高校党外知识分子群体的新特点,如政治参与热情高,勇攀科学高峰,代表性强、影响力广、贡献较大,关注现实社会、反映民生诉求等,并提出做好高校统战工作的思考,即用科学发展观指导高校的统战工作,加强党对高校统战工作的领导,创新高校民主党派干部培养和选拔机制,充分发挥民主党派参政议政和民主监督的职能。

| Abstract: | For improving research and innovation of the united front work in the universities in new stage,this paper elaborated new features of intellectuals in democratic parties of the universities in new century,such as participating politics positively,climbing scientific peak,strong representative,wide influence,great contribution,paying attention to actual society,reflecting the aspiration of people’s livelihood and so on.Then it put forward the thinking about doing well the united front work in the universities,namely implementing scientific development concept for united front work,strengthening party leadership for united front work,innovating mechanisms for training and selecting cadres in the democratic parties of the universities,fully performing functions of participation in and democratic supervision. |
