基于“理性人”视角的产业集群形成研究

本文认为,政府也是追求自身效用最大化的"理性人"。以此假设为前提,本文先对产业集群本质属性进行了简要的文献述评,然后从"理性人"追求自身利益(效用)最大化的角度,分析了企业走集群化道路和政府推动产业集群形成的动机,并分起步、积累、形成三个阶段详细阐述了产业集群的形成过程。

Researches on the Formation of Industrial Clusters in the Perspective of Rational Being

The author argues that the government is also a ＂rational being＂ pursuing its own utility maximization. Taking this assumption as a premise,this paper starts with briefly reviewing the essence of the industrial cluster on the basis of available literature,and analyzes the motivation prompting enterprises to take the clustering road and prompting government to promote the formation of industrial clusters in the perspective of the ＂rational being＂ pursuing self-interest（utility） maximization,and then divided into：start、elaborate in detail the formation process of industrial clusters by its starting,accumulation and formation.
