| 摘 要： | 在探讨外商直接投资(FDI)对产业集群影响的基础上，假设FDI的集聚效应主要体现在要素投入数量的集聚和改变全要素生产率两个方面的情况下，以柯布-道格拉斯生产函数为基础，运用计量经济模型分析了FDI通过资本、劳动力、集聚、结构升级、技术外溢效应以及地区创新网络效应对辽宁省产业集群和经济增长的影响。
