| 摘 要： | 市场经济条件下市场调节有其不可自救的功能缺陷,即存在着市场失灵,就为政府履行干预经济生活、调节市场运行、弥补市场缺陷提供了理论依据。正确理解和把握当前开放条件下社会主义市场经济和政府干预的关系,对于正在从计划经济全面向市场经过渡的中国,对于加入WTO后面临强大挑战的中国,具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Market adjustment in the market economy has some function defects which can not be remedied by its own,i.e.,market failure,which is the theoretic base for the government to intervene the economy,to adjust the operation of market,and to remedy the market defect.It is of great significance to understand and master the relationship between the socialist market economy and government intervention in the condition of opening-up. |
