| 摘 要： | 国家助学贷款是发展我国高等教育的一项重要制度,但在实施的过程中却出现了诚信缺失的问题.文章分析了在国家助学贷款中部分学生贷款、还款方面诚信缺失的现象及原因,并提出了构建诚信体系的办法,强调了法制化及法制观念在诚信体系构建中的重要作用.

| Abstract: | The state student loans policy is an important institution to develop the higher education of our nation.During the process of practice,however,the problem of the missing of credit appears.This essay analyses the phenomenon and causes of this problem.Meanwhile it proposes some methods to constitute the credit system.This article emphasizes the unique impact that legalization and the idea of legal system have on the constitution of the credit system. |
