| 摘 要： | 总结了高等学校本科教学质量管理的现状以及出现的诸多问题，并从ISO9001标准族的概念出发提出了解决高等学校教学质量问题的对策：（1）要改变传统行政管理观念；（2）建立基于ISO9001的教学质量评估标准。
