| 摘 要： | 企业动态联盟是适应新经济时代组织发展的新模式,它的产生和发展有独特的现实基础和深刻的理论基础。构建企业动态联盟要特别关注盟员企业的选择和组织结构的设计两个关键过程,并要根据其生命周期的不同阶段,进行相应的风险防范,以降低风险,提高动态联盟运作的效率。

| Abstract: | The dynamic alliance between enterprises may facilitate the development of contemporary organizations, and it results from the special realities and theories. The successful formation of such an alliance is determined by two factors: partners selection and organizational structure. Furthermore, preventive measures should be taken according to the life cycle of an organization, in order to minimize risk and to improve efficiency. |
