| 摘 要： | 本文从社会排斥理论视角对农民群体的社会权利进行分析,认为政策性排斥是导致其社会权利被侵害的主要因素。消除政策性排斥,赋予这个群体应有的社会权利,使他们得以共享改革成果,是保证公平的经济增长和社会发展的重要条件。
