| 摘 要： | 成人教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,而人的可持续发展又成为高等教育中一种新的教育理念。在实现高等教育大众化的进程中,剖析成教学生的思想、心理及知识和能力等方面的特点,结合人的可持续发展目标,积极探索成教学生可持续发展的教育策略,对培养合格的,具有高素质的专业人才显得尤为重要。
