| 摘 要： | 大学生就业问题已成为全社会的焦点问题，有效开展大学生职业生涯设计，是帮助大学生选择职业、成功就业的重要环节。大学生职业生涯设计包含自我分析、环境分析、职业定位、目标确定、策略实施、评估调整等多方面内容。作为高校应该对大学生职业生涯设计作积极引导，并在高校实施大学生职业生涯教育。
