| 摘 要： | 目前我国的商业形势已不能适应时代的要求 ,自从特许经营展亮相京城后 ,一股特许经营旋风悄然卷起。经济发达国家利用特许经营加快国际市场扩张的经验 ,对于正在努力发展我国市场的中国企业来说 ,是很有借鉴意义的。但我国特许经营处于起步阶段 ,行业规范化程度还很低 ,因此必须采取相应措施 ,警惕特许欺诈。

China special permitted operation must take some related measunes to avoid swindles. |
