城市主题文化视域的高铁新城成长路径--以苏州高铁新城为例

高铁新城在各地快速规划建设的同时也出现了同质化等倾向。基于城市主题文化推进高铁新城规划建设为避免高铁新城的同质化问题提供了理论和实践借鉴。城市主题文化是城市特质的系统性体现，是指导城市发展的整体性思维。城市主题文化的三个构成维度，即文化特质、文创产业和文化空间都对高铁新城的成长有着重要影响。例如，苏州的城市主题文化既有苏州特征，又具有开放性、创新性和可塑性，这种城市主题文化对苏州的高铁新城建设产生了重要影响，高铁新城已成为大苏州城市的有机组成部分。基于城市主题文化推进高铁新城规划建设，应以文化特质传承创新，文化创意产业培育和文化空间优化为着力点。

The Development of High-speed Rail Town in Relation to the City Theme Culture A case study of Suzhou

The rapid planning and construction of High-speed Rail (HSR)towns in China has witnessed a tendency of homogeneity.Designing HSR towns in accordance with the city theme culture provides a theoretical and practical solution to the homogeneity problem.The city theme culture is the systematic embodiment of the characteristics of the city and the overall conception of guiding the development of the city.The three dimensions of the city theme culture,namely,the cultural characteristics,the cul-tural and creative industries,and the cultural space,all have significant impact on the development of HSR towns.For example,Suzhou's city theme culture has its characteristics,featured by openness, innovation,and flexibility.The theme culture of Suzhou has shaped the designing of Suzhou HSR town,which has now become an organic part of Suzhou.It is argued that designing HSR towns in ac-cordance with the city theme culture should focus on the inheritance and innovation of cultural charac-teristics,the cultivation of cultural and creative industries,and optimization of the cultural space.
