| Abstract: | In order to develop the capital market, it is necessary to expand the scale of direct financing, optimize the structure of listed companies, and perfect the structure of financial product and that of investors. The effective ways to develop the capital market are to encourage ordered listing of compliance capital, to support the insurance companies to invest directly in capital market and develop the portfolio investment funds, and to promote the plate of SMEs. |
