| 摘 要： | 运用北碚区1990—2000年的土地利用数据,分析北碚区土地利用动态、土地利用程度等变化情况。总结了引起土地利用变化的主要驱动力是社会经济因素,包括人口增长、工业化和城镇化、第三产业的发展、经济管理机制和社会行为五个方面,并针对目前土地利用中存在的主要问题,提出了相应的措施,以期对北碚区社会经济发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the data of land use from 1990 to 2000 in Beibei, Chongqing, this paper analyzes the dynamic trend and degree of land use in the district. The driving forces for the changes in land use are presumed to be social and economic factors, including population growth, industrialization and urbanization, the development of the tertiary industry, economy management mechanisms, social conduct and others. Some countermeasures are proposed for the solution of the existing problems in the respect. |
