| 摘 要： | 我国农村信用社经过50余年的发展已经初具规模,但是还有很多困难和问题未得到根本解决。本文拟从绩效评价体系设计的角度分析我国的农村信用社管理创新的必要性和可行性,并从可操作的角度设计绩效评价指标,进而设计出适合我国信用社发展水平的绩效评价体系,以期对农村信用社管理改进提出借鉴意义。
