Right and power is the backbone of the human social system.In law sociology,power is a political and legal concept,a product of social development to a certain degree,born from right and designed for right.Right and power are connected and interdependent.In reality,the functions of the two usually run to the opposite.Therefore,the movement of running against each other towards balance and unity is the inevitable outcome of the development of democratic politics.
