| 摘 要： | 本文以五口通商时期为背景,描述了福建通商的口岸(福州、厦门和三都澳)在这一时期的繁荣景象,并就这一时期福建茶区的扩大、产量的增加、茶业加工业的发展和茶类的创新进行了比较详细的论述。

| Abstract: | Taking the period of the opening of five treaty ports in China as background,the prosperity scene of ports(Fuzhou,Xiamen and Sandu'ao) in Fujian in this period is described,and the enlargement of tea area,the increase of tea output,the development of tea processing industry and innovation of tea product kinds in our province are reviewed. |
