| Abstract: | Beginning with the specialty of net circumstances and the effect and analysis of net circumstances on information service work of college libraries,combined with the reality,how to improve the work of information service is elaborated.The detailed analysis is given to the developing of information resources,the ways of information service,objects and contents of information service,the librarians' qualities in charge of the work. |
