摘    要:中国私营企业方兴未艾,其企业文化建设刻不容缓。笔者从企业文化和企业伦理基础入手,从企业伦理和人文关怀的“有限理性”角度来分析私营企业文化的渊源现状与精神缺位,在此基础上提出了构建植根于中国传统文化的新型私营企业文化的新思路,并给出了实践的例子。

Abstract:Chinese private enterprises have achieved rapid growth and the construction of their corporate culture is an urgent task.The authors analyze corporate culture of private enterprises,proceeding from the western corporate culture and the based on humanistic care in "business ethics".Thus,the authors put forward a new idea on the construction of new type of private corporate culture which roots from the Chinese traditional culture.Besides,this thesis offers a living example about it.
