| Abstract: | This article discusses the following problems existing in the management of state properties of institutions of higher education: state properties changed into private owned ones, or plunged into the business field, unclear ownership of property right, indifference to legal responsibilities, etc. From the change of ideas to the change of functions, a management system of state properties is put forward based on unified leadership, classification, grading and jurisdiction so as to strengthen the management of state properties from the aspects of the management of the disposal of state properties. |
