摘    要:
工作绩效是社会组织最为关心的话题之一,针对个体差异、组织支持感与工作绩效的关系等,课题以深圳制造业员工为对象,采用问卷调查法,运用SPSS16.0统计软件,对员工个体差异与组织支持感进行Pearson相关典型分析,对组织支持感与工作绩效进行相关分析。实证研究证明,个体差异对组织支持感存在显著影响,组织支持感与工作绩效存在显著相关等假设,员工个体差异对其组织支持感存在不同程度的影响,组织支持感中的价值认同与工作绩效中的周边绩效和任务绩效的相关性最高,利益关心与周边绩效的相关性最低等。据此提出若干管理建议,从而提高人力资源管理效果,提升企业运作绩效。

Abstract:
The notion of work achievements is among the topics to which social organizations pay most attention.This research makes a typical Pearson-related analysis of the individual differences and the sense of organization aid and also a related analysis of the relations between this sense and the work achievements among the employees in the manufacturing industry in Shenzhen by using SPSS16.0 soft ware of statistics and taking the investigating approach of questionnaires.Our positivist research has proved such hypotheses as that individual differences exercise marked influence on the sense of organization,which is markedly related with work achievements.Particularly speaking,individual differences among the employees exercise different degrees of influence on the sense of organization;the identification of values in the sense of organization aid is most related with the periphery achievements and task achievements in work achievements while the attention to interests is most related with the periphery achievements,etc.Accordingly,some suggestions on management are raised in order to elevate the effect of management of human resources so that the achievements of enterprise running may be enhanced.
