| 摘 要： | 面向新时期我国大学生创新能力培养中存在的主要问题,以省级卓越工程师培养为例,在以学生为中心、采用课内与课外、教学和科研相结合的培养理念指导下,搭建一套创新能力培养实践平台.该平台以“改革教育理念,明确平台定位,构建平台应处理的关系”为改革主线,以对学生“基础能力培养,专业知识培养,创新能力培养”为改革思路,整合校内、校外和校企产学研三个实践环节,形成由校内实验室与创新研究中心、校外生产实习基地和校企联合研发中心共同组成的学生实践能力培养平台,以提高学生创新能力.

| Abstract: | Based on the main problems in the training of current college students＇ innovation ability and taking provincial superior engineer training as an example, this paper proposes the construction of practice platform for students＇ innovative ability with the guidance of student-centered, combination of curricular and extra-curricular, and combination of teaching and science research. The platform＇ s masterstroke is ＂the reform of education concept, clear position and the relationship of building platform＂, and the platform＇ s idea is ＂the training of basic ability, professional knowledge and innovation ability＂. Based on the masterstroke and the idea, the platform includes three practical aspects, i.e. campus, off-campus and school-enterprise research so as to improve students＇ practical and innovative ability. |
