| 摘 要： | 农民工社会保障问题日益成为社会关注的焦点,农民工在创造巨大的经济价值的同时,他们的生存极其艰难,合法权益得不到保障。因此,本文从农民工社会保障体系建立的障碍因素出发,分析建立农民工社会保障的必要性及意义,旨在探求适合这一特殊群体的可行性保障措施。

| Abstract: | The problems of the rural workers ' social guarantees have become the focus of the society concern increasingly.The rural workers create enormous valve,at the time,their live are in trouble and their legal rights couldn ' t be protected enough.Therefore,the thesis begins with the factors that prevent the establishment of the system of rural workers ' social guarantee, analyzing its necessity and profound significance.The aim is investigating the possibility guarantee measure of in keeping with this special community. |
