| 摘 要： | 当前 ,黑社会性质组织犯罪危害极其严重。它具有组织性、反社会性、暴力性、经济性、垄断性、地域性、腐蚀性、政治性、扩张性、职业性等特点。这种犯罪在我国改革开放的形势下产生 ,有其历史原因、经济原因、政治原因、思想原因、社会方面的原因、文化原因、国际原因。打击这类犯罪 ,应完善专项立法 ;强化社会控制 ;落实综合治理 ;成立打黑专门机构 ;坚持斗争的持续性 ;铲除黑恶势力的后台 ;加强国际间合作

| Abstract: | The jeopardy of the crime with sinister society character organization is very serious in present.It possess following characters:organization nature,anti-society nature,violence natrue,economy nature,monopoly nature,region nature,cossosion nature,politic nature,expansion nature and preofession nature etc.This kind of crime emerges in reform and opening circumstances of China,because of history reason,economy reasom,politic reason,mind reason,society reason,cultrue reason and international reason.In order to strike this kind of crime,we should perfect particular law;strengthen society control,implement comprehensive harness;build special office for striking sinister influence,insist on struggling permanently,uproot the backstage of the sinister influence and augment international co-operation. |
