高校大学生志愿者队伍建设研究

近年来，大学生志愿者的数量和质量都在不断提高。大学生志愿者活动对社会和谐发展、高校实践育人、个人成长成才等发挥出越来越重要的作用。如何培养出高素质的大学生志愿者队伍是高校思想政治教育的重大课题。文章结合实际阐述了大学生志愿者服务的意义、分析了存在的问题、提出了若干建议等，旨在加强高校大学生志愿者队伍的建设。

A Preliminary Study on Training High-quality College Student Volunteers

In recent years, the quantity and quality of college student volunteers have been continuously improved. Volunteer activities by college students are playing more and more important role in the harmonious development of a society, university education through practice, personal growth and success, and so on. How to train high-quality college student volunteers is the important topic for university education of ideology and politics. Combining with actual situation, this article expounds the significance of college student volunteer service, the existing problems, and finally offers some suggestions, hoping to provide references to construct effectively college student volunteers.
