大学英语教师非正式学习的现状与对策探究

摘    要:从目前大学英语教师专业发展的角度来看,正式学习依然是其主要的学习方式,但是由于学校提供的正式培训方式单一,培训内容远离教师的个性化发展需求,使得教师接受的培训收效甚微。文章在此背景下,围绕大学英语教师非正式学习的态度、方式、环境以及文化等问题,对大学英语教师非正式学习的现状进行问卷调查。结果表明:大部分教师已经认识到非正式学习的重要性,并且会经常采用不同方式来进行非正式学习。但是,学校没有提供充足的教师之间相互学习的资源,且教师之间的知识流动和相互学习的文化没有完全形成。由此文章建议应该创设促进教师非正式学习的环境,提高教师自身非正式学习的能力等。

Abstract:From the view of the current college English teachers' professional development, formal learning is still the main way of their learning. However, the university provides formal training with a single mode and the training content is far from the needs of teachers' personal development, which make teachers' training with little effect. This article is based on the above research background and centering on the problems of college English teachers' informal learning attitude, methods, environment and culture. By using questionnaires, this article does research on current situation of college English teachers' informal learning. The results show that: most of the teachers have come to realize the importance of informal learning, and most teachers often use access to the network literature resources, as well as the way to communicate with students and experts for informal learning. However, the university does not provide adequate resources for mutual learning between teachers, meanwhile, the flow of knowledge between teachers and mutual learning culture is not fully formed. Therefore, this article makes suggestions to create teachers' informal learning environment and improve the ability of teachers' informal learning.
