| 摘 要： | 河北文化产业正加速发展,但整体水平不高,现有文化产业链和价值链还未整体形成。文化产业链和价值链的功能和意义要求必须构建前后衔接、良性互动的产业链和不断增值、环环相扣的价值链。构建河北文化产业链和价值链应当充分利用和开发河北文化市场资源,培育优势文化产业,塑造主导产业集群,重视文化产业创新和生产跟进,同时要营造宽松的文化产业发展环境。

| Abstract: | The development of cultural industries is accelerating in Hebei Province,but the overall level is not high,and the cultural industry chain and value chain has not wholly formed.The functions and meaning of cultural industry chain and value chain require to build the industrial chain as continuously connected,and the value chain with added value.To build the culture industry chain and value chain,Hebei should take full advantage of the cultural market and the development of resources,take the advantages of cultural industries to cultivate and shape the leading industrial clusters,emphasize innovation and pay attention to follow-up industries,and at the same time create a relaxed environment for the development of cultural industries. |
