中国与发达国家、发展中国家贸易摩擦的比较研究

对中国与发达国家、发展中国家的贸易摩擦现状、产生原因和对策进行较为系统、全面的比较研究发现：就贸易摩擦现状而言,两类贸易摩擦的增幅、涉及金额与产品类型、征收反倾销税的比例以及贸易摩擦的主要形式和领域不同;就贸易摩擦的原因而言,我国对外贸易快速发展、经济转轨过程中存在的制度缺陷、限制性条款的影响、中国威胁论和贸易保护主义是产生两类贸易摩擦的共因,至于我国与发展中国家的贸易摩擦,还有其独特的成因;就贸易摩擦对策而言,从宏观政府、中观行业与微观企业角度探讨了两类贸易摩擦的共同对策,并对每类摩擦提出了不同对策。

Comparative Study of Trade Friction among China, the Developed Countries and Developing Countries

Through the more systematic and comparative study of present situation,causes and countermeasures of trade friction among China,developed countries and developing countries,we found that in terms of the trade friction of present situation of the increase,its amount and the type of product,the imposed anti-dumping duty proportion,the main forms and fields of two kinds of trade friction are different;in term of causes of trade friction,fast development of foreign trade in our country,the system defects in economic transition process,the impact of restrictive clauses,the China threat theory and trade protectionism are the reasons for two types of trade friction.As for trade friction between China and the developing countries,there is unique origin;in terms of the trade friction countermeasures,the article has discussed two kinds of common countermeasures for trade friction from the macro-government,the meso-industry and the micro-enterprise angle and proposed the different countermeasures to each kind of friction.
