| 摘 要： | 企业家是企业成败的关键,建立一支高素质的企业家队伍,需要好的制度环境。当前,影响我国企业家成长的制度因素主要有:传统的计划经济体制;具有浓厚封建意识的非正式制度安排;非理性的制度结构;集权的职能部制企业管理体制和相互依赖的文化模式。

| Abstract: | The success or failure of an enterprise hinges on the enterpriser, and then to develop a group of enterprisers with high quality needs a healthy environment in the system. At present, the factors that affect the development of enterpriser mainly contain the followings:the traditional planned economic system; the informal arrangement with a strong feudal mentality; the unreasonable structure in system; the adminstrative system in which enterprise is controlled by the centralization and the mutual dependent cultural system. |
