| 摘 要： | 社区银行作为一种经营模式是理论界与实务界共同关注的热点。从内涵上讲社区银行并不仅仅是大型商业银行的微缩版,而是与传统的商业银行有着本质的区别。本文从社区银行的组织管理、审贷标准、业务经营等方面对社区银行的本质做了分析,并在此基础上指出了社区银行模式对传统商业银行信贷管理的影响及对城区农信社发展的启示。

| Abstract: | Community bank,as a banking business model,is becoming a hot topic both theoretically and practically.The meaning of community bank is essentially different from that of a large commercial bank,nor a mini mode of it.In this paper,we analyze the organization structure,audit standards and business operation of a community bank.On this basis we point out the influence of the new mode on the credit management of traditional commercial banks.Finally we enlighten its impact on the development of the rural credit ... |
