论区域旅游节庆活动与文化产业建设

节庆是一种文化事件,是富有特色的旅游吸引物。节庆被越来越多地用做促进旅游以及促进地区经济发展的手段。本文以河北省旅游节庆活动为例,分析了旅游节庆与文化产业建设之间的关系,指出,旅游节庆既依托于文化产业建设,又是文化产业建设的重要组成部分,研究旅游节庆中出现的问题要站在文化产业建设的高度上来考虑,文化产业要为节庆活动提供了充分的给养和支撑,同时又要求节庆活动为文化产业建设进行反哺,共同实现良好的经济与社会效益。

Tourist Festivals and the Cultural Industry Establishment——A proposal on the development of festival activities in Hebei Province

Festivals are a type of cultural events and are tourist attractions with unique features.They are increasingly being used as instruments for promoting tourism and boosting the regional economy.The paper used the festival activities of Hebei Province as the example to analyze the relationship between festivals and the cultural industry establishment,put forward that festivals are dependent on the cultural industry establishment and they are components of the latter as well.The latter provides substantial support to festivals and in turn,festivals should promote the latter as a reciprocal.Therefore,to solve problems arise in festivals,we should start from the perspective of cultural industry establishment to realize the both boosting of festivals and the cultural industry establishment.
