所有制的性质与剥削的关系辨析——兼谈中国特色社会主义的“混合经济”基础

邓小平社会主义“本质论”的经济目标是“共同富裕”，解放和发展生产力，消灭剥削和消除两极分化是实现共同富裕的两个手段。但消灭剥削、消除两极分化是一漫长的历史过程，私有制、公有制和混合所有制都可以是解放和发展生产力的手段，但不是消灭剥削和消除两极分化的手段。分配不公会导致两极分化，因而只有实行以市场为基础、以国家计划干预为主导的“混合经济体制”即“完善的社会主义市场经济体制”，通过完善分配制度调节公平与效率的关系，才是消灭剥削和消除两极分化，最终实现共同富裕的主要手段。

On Relations of the Ownership Nature and Exploitation

The economic goals of Deng Xiaoping＇s socialist nature theory are common prosperity, liberating and developing productive forces, and the eradication of exploitation and the elimination of polarization, which are a long historical process, are the two means to achieve common prosperity. Private ownership, public ownership and mixed ownership can be means of liberating and developing productive forces, but not means of the eradication of exploitation and eliminating polarization. Unfair distribution will lead to association the polarization, so we must implement market - based and national plan - led intervention ＂mixed economy＂, that is ＂perfect socialist market economic system＂.
